“New” old PS3 and my PS3 revival

After a couple years of my PS3 sitting due to no picture from HDMI or composite. I decided to buy one from the classifieds. I actually had the parts for an HDMI fix because I’m pretty sure I know what’s wrong with it. Right now the composite shows up briefly but it’s like the HDMI keeps trying to engage.

Anyway I just wanted to have a working ps3. So I saw a blue one in the classifieds for $60. It came with a controller and three games. Plus a blue PS3 is kind of rare, so extra bonus. Or so I thought.

Repair of a Nordictrack X3 Treadmill that starts and then stops

An incline treadmill has been on my list of kinda sorta maybe wanta haves because I enjoy hiking, but I dread the winter cold and would honestly rather eat day-old soggy cereal than slap on some crampons or snowshoes and head out in sub-zero temps. But the price tag, size and staring at a wall while “hiking” haven’t exactly made it a priority either.

However, when I came across a free “broken” one, I thought, why not?

Now this incline treadmill may look like it’s something from the late Pleistocene era with it’s strange “i-pod compatibility,” which I believe is neanderthal for 3.5mm jack. All that really matters is it goes up to 40 degrees of incline.

Beautiful Piano Composition

I came across the composition while I was doing some research for some one else on methods for capturing piano and I was captivated. I personally think the ending needs a little work (what do I know though), but the beginning is simply beautiful.
