Instructions
- I like to make all in one pan. So first toast hamburger buns in butter in the pan and remove once nicely browned.
- Add onion into remaining butter and pineapple to the side. Brown each side of pineapple. Remove onions and pineapple.
- Add hamburger and smash. Add generous Salt and Pepper.
- when you can see hamburger starting to curl and see brown, flip season and smash again.
- Add back pineapple, onion, and top with provolone and american
- Cook until cheese is nice and melty. I'll often add a little bit of water and cover to get cheese nice and melty.
- Dress bottom bun with a little mayo, add lettuce, burger with everything, top bun add mayo and teriyaki. Enjoy.
