Almost the Shot of a Lifetime
Annalisa and I stopped by palisade gc after a wedding. What made it especially fun was that both of us nearly got a hole-in-one in the same round!
Ok, mine was really close and at the same time wasn’t close at all! It hit the bottom of the pin then ricocheted into a bunker. Her shot was really really close though. She hit it just past the pin, but then it spun back, aided by a down slope. It kept rolling and rolling and looked perfect!
A couple in front of us saw her shot and were going nuts… Then the ball stopped just short. Regardless, it was a great birdie for her!
