  1. Saute ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes for about a minute.
  2. Add the rest of the spices and saute for about another minute.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients. Then bring to a boil and simmer till mango's easily shred with fork. I'll go through and lightly shread the mangos. Sometimes I'll cook a little less for larger chunks, depends on taste.
  4. Let cool and portion into freezer bags for later use.
