Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Hamburger
- 1/4 Ea Onion Sliced Thin
- 1/4 Ea Red, Yellow, or Orange Bell Pepper Sliced Thin
- 1 Ea Sandwich Roll
- 2 Ea Slice American Cheese
- 1 Ea Slice of Provolone
Instructions
- Start Grilling onion in oil and add Pepper.
- Create Space to toast sandwich Roll - Toast both sides
- Remove Sandwich Roll from pan and set on plate
- Add burger and season. Sear one side. Flip and chop into bits with onion and pepper.
- Create a mound and add cheeses over top and let melt. Once melty, chop it all together.
- Add Chipotle mayo to bun and burger mixture and enjoy.
