Rock Chips

Seriously!?

What’s annoying about this cracked windshield is that I’ve always gotten rock chips fixed, but recently I read something about ways people waste money on cars and it stated fixing rock chips had no significant impact on whether a windshield cracks. I thought, hmm, well, I could be wrong… It’s been a long time since I’ve had to fix a rock chip. So I didn’t fix it this time and it cracked!

So, Just my own lifetime count for rock chips stands like this now. About 15 rock chips repaired, no cracked windows. 3 unrepaired rock chips, three windows that completely cracked.

I’ll stick with fixing rock chips

Fender not so Bendered

I was sitting at a red light and was suddenly hit by a car from behind. I got out of my car… A little angrily, went to check the damage to my suv. Nothing. Nada. She hit the trailer hitch. Her car, not so lucky.

Dentist?! Dentist!!! I DON’T NEED NO STINKING DENTIST!!!

I should go to the dentist more often! I’m not the best at dental care, but still no cavities along with a wake of incredulous hygienists. At this rate, when I finally kick the bucket with all else wasting away, I’ll still have a perfectly healthy set of teeth staring back at the mortician!

Imagine how lucky my kids would be if teeth were heirlooms?

My tombstone will probably read something like… Blah, blah, blah… and survived by his wife, kids and 32 adoring teeth who miss his gums very much!

Reasonable Golf For Kids

This is a great deal if your kids like to golf and you live in the western states. For instance, at East Bay, where we usually golf, the kids can play the regular course for $5 and the short course for $1 when they show their youth-on-course membership card.
