Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or olive oil
- 1 Ea Slice White Bread
- 1 Ea Egg
Instructions
- Melt Butter. Remove circular area in bread. Fry bread in butter on one side till lightly browned.
- Flip bread to browned side up, add egg inside hollowed out bread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Flip once bottom whites have cooked. Continue to cook till yolks are still runny or to desired level.
