Instructions

  1. Melt Butter and add flour. Cook till no longer smells like cereal.
  2. Add small amounts of milk a bit at a time and whisk to incorporate.
  3. When is creamy, can add rest of milk.
  4. Taste and add salt and nutmeg to taste.
  5. As soon as the mixture is brought to a boil, remove from heat.
