Instructions
- Begin cooking sausage with a small amount of olive oil. When cooking the sausage, it works best to form a circle in the pan with the sausage using skewers to hold the shape. Brown the sausage and remove from pan.
- Add the sliced onions and turn heat to low. Cook until the onion has turned a nice brown color. Cut small holes in the sausage to allow the fat to exit and mix with the onions.
- After Onions have cooked, add wine and sausage back to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes on low or until wine has mostly evaporated.
