  1. Seed the jalapeno, then run jalapeno, tomatoes, and onions over a Mandolin set to about 1/8in to get thin slices and then rough chop and throw in food processor. I do not include stems.
  2. Slice Cilantro into ribbons and add to food processor
  3. Crush Garlic into food processor
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse several times to get desired consistency. Should all be small chunks- not liquified.
